The Svadhisthana Chakra (the sacral chakra) is the second in the main chakra system. This is the centre of creativity, the sacred waters of emotion, passion, and sensuality. It is the portal of accessing our creative potential, our artistic gifts and talents, and our divine sexual energy. Our ability to tap into this sacred creative force depends on many things, from having a healthy root where we feel safe and secure within ourselves, to our sense of values and self worth, to our ability to connect to our emotions and channel them into something that gives us purpose.
