There was a time when I believed I needed to become someone else to create the life I longed for.
I searched for answers in achievements, relationships, healing, and endless self-development, believing that if I just learned one more thing, I would finally feel whole.

It was about remembering who I had always been.
Today, I guide women through sacred ceremonies, embodiment practices, and transformational experiences that help them reconnect with their truth, reclaim their power, and live with greater devotion, purpose, and pleasure.
My work weaves together feminine spirituality, nervous system awareness, voice, movement, ritual, and deep embodiment to create spaces where women feel safe to return to themselves.
