An Embodied Woman ​is a woman that is deeply connected to her body and grounded in her womb. An Embodied Woman is awakened in her sensuality and authenticity, and feels secure enough within herself to express freely.

When an awakened woman takes the journey of descent back down into her earthly body she is reborn as more of her authentic and EMBODIED soul self. She establishes an anchor within herself that provides a sense of safety and confidence for more of her pleasure, sensuality and beauty to come alive and be expressed!

An Embodied Woman is emotionally intelligent, holds and regulates herself with grace when triggers come up, is grounded, open, loving and receptive. She is in her body and in her power. She IS the codes, frequencies and wisdom she offers the world.

The Journey

We begin by opening up the space in ceremony where we will sit, meditate, and call forth your desires for our time together. We will explore the blockages you have around receiving and embodying the thing, and work through a somatic process.
​
Each week we will gather in a 1:1 ceremony and go deep into whatever is presently blocking you, what you're being asked to learn and grow into, and transmute it somatically.
Between calls we will have our chat room where I can support you with your integration process as well as keep the momentum on your journey to your highest embodiment.
​
Any and all topics can be brought up in our time together from past life and ancestral wounding, to childhood and sexual trauma, pleasure and power awakening, heart centred living and tantric love, manifestation, vocal expression, purpose, your intuition and trust in god.

Our journey will close on our last call where we will sit in one final ceremony to work through some last pieces, reflect on your path and progress, celebrate, and set intentions for your journey to continue forward on your own or explore ways we can continue working together!
