The Descent Of Embodiment

For centuries, man has been speaking of the rise of consciousness, ascension, awakening to higher levels of awareness, evolution, etc. I'm all here for this, but, like everything else on this planet and in this reality, it's cyclical. We are realising, especially women, that the descent of said consciousness into the body is equaly as important, and yet it is a greatly forgetten topic in many classrooms.

We are cyclical beings that flow through seasons of life and death, extroversion and introversion, rising in consciousness and descending into the body.

There comes a point on ones spiritual path where they are asked to come back down to earth. After learning sacred texts, practicing yoga and meditation, raising their kundalini, and awakening to new levels of rememberance and consciousness, they can only get so far in their joy when most of the magic is happening in the mind.

This is when you know all the things, you've had light bulb moments and moments of awakening, but something still isn't quite right, your still not in your wholeness, and all your old patterns keep playing out. That is because, in this context, the spiritual journey of ascension is masculine. It cultivates your god complex and spiritual ego, but leaves the physical human behind. On our spiritual pursuit we often abandon the body, the feminine.

This is where your descent comes into play. To take all the wisdom, the codes, the magic, the rememberances and bring it down into your body, into the physical, into the vibration at the core of your cells.

This is where and how real change happens because we cannot meditate away all our problems, traumas and negative beliefs when their memory is stored in our bodies. Without the descent everything you've awakened to is stuck in the mind and will remain there until the end of time if you do not make the same shifts within your human.

So how do we do this? How do we actually embody, become and truly BE the codes of our awakening?

Through descending back down into the body baby and get in touch with our feminine selves! In whatever ways that feels authentic to you. It could be dancing, intutitive movement, breath work or tapping. It could be going for a run when your angry or singing when yoyou'read. It could be shaking your body up when your anxious or awakening your pleasure through sensual play.

The options are endless. What is important is to be present, to feel and witness what comes up through the practice, and let the practice alchemise the block and bring in the codes! Setting an intention also helps because it gives a specific direction to the energy your moving in your body.

Often the reason why we stay in the mind is because being in the body is intense, it has all these feelings and sensations and memories that we get lost in. So we avoid it, we live in our minds and don't actually live!

But, when you cultivate enough self love, have enough practices in your tool box, have a strong enough connection to your intuitive voice, and begin trusting in your own self, no sensation or feeling can stop you from taking up space in your body and feeling secure once again.

An embodied woman is a secure woman. She is grounded in her body, takes up space in her body, is deeply connected to and guided by her womb and heart, she is secure in her sensuality, and she is integrated in her spirituality and wisdom.

Working with Jess in her Inner Alchemy sessions gave me the tools to discover the woman I am meant to be, and have always been, just waiting to be awakened, and heal my inner child. The sessions helped me on my healing journey and facilitated the implementation of ways to heal my soul through to transmutation of energy. Highly recommend this course to anyone feeling lost on the healing journey or would like to get started. Be courageous and face your shadows, Jess is there to guide you!

I felt called to join the Inner Alchemy Mentorship, and I am forever grateful that I did. Jessicah is knowledgeable, understanding, and a great listener. She helped me navigate blockages, rediscover my inner power, and honour my boundaries in the most caring way. If your thinking of joining this course, do it. I’ve unearthed my inner power, reclaimed my energy, and found peace within.

The mentorship with Jessicah was incredible! The journey she took me on within myself feels so far away from right now because it changed me so much, in so many deep ways, even though it was just 7-8 months ago. The connection found in my womb was incredible. I had extreme pain 3 weeks of every month to now, where my bleed brings 2 days of a milder pain at most (or often no pain at all). I am thankful to the ways Jessicah opened my eyes to the womb being so much more than simple, and for me at the time, excruciating organ. She helped me create a true connection to one of my deepenst sources of creativity and wisdom.
