MOON CIRCLES
Moon circles are a sacred gathering for community to come together in ritual, devotion, healing and connection. To sit in circle, connect to the wisdom of the moon and our own inner experiences.

This is a safe space for everyone (all genders) to come together, connect, meditate and heal. In circle we will talk about full moon themes, share our stories, drink cacao, sing some songs and receive healing through sound.
CEREMONIAL CACAO
Ceremonial cacao is pure cacao bean ground into a paste and made into a ceremonial chocolate drink. It is infused with love, devotion, prayers and intention, and has been used in sacred ceremonies for centuries.
Cacao is a plant medicine that is full of vitamins, minerals and magic, and has a positive affect on the circulatory system.
Mamma cacao is most commonly known as a powerful heart opener that holds you, nurtures. you, and re-centres you in a state of love.
SOUND HEALING
Singing bowls have been used for many centuries for creating healing through sound.
A singing bowl is a type of bell that is shaped like a bowl of varying sizes. Sacred metals are used in making singing bowls with the art of hammer and tuning. These metals gives a set of overtones to these bowls which can be seen in the unique frequency and vibration of these bowls.
When we hit the bowls it produces a rich blend of harmonic sounds which aids in the meditative process and have a direct effect on our chakras – energy centers.
These mystical sounds and vibrations helps in reducing stress, meditation, deep relaxation, chakra balancing and overall holistic healing.
